At The Rock Academy, we follow the National Curriculum – CAPS, but endeavour to give our children a biblical worldview.

Our small classes allow for individual attention and a very controlled, quiet and peaceful working environment where optimal learning can take place.

As extension, our students are encouraged to participate in external national examinations. These include the Baptist Union Scripture exam, the Conquesta exams and the Mathematics Olympiad exam.

Students are evaluated throughout the term. Terms 1 and 3 are continuous assessment terms. Terms 2 and 4 are examination terms.

At our annual Prize Giving recognition is given not just for academic achievement, but for achievement in all cultural subjects and sport. Growth in character is also recognized.
